You will complete an eligibility screening and intake. You will also receive more information about the documents you will need to gather for a successful appeal.
This is a FREE virtual clinic available for persons from any county in our service area. The clinic will be limited to 15 participants and is available for both clients with or without children of the marriage. To participate, you will need a computer or tablet (with a camera and microphone) or a smartphone, and access to the internet. If you choose to complete the forms online during the clinic you will need to participate by computer or tablet with a keyboard to enter your information. You must register by calling our Central Intake line at 1-866-277-5733.

Prestonsburg, Kentucky—Residents who were impacted by the February 2025 severe flooding have until Sunday, May 25, 2025, to apply for federal disaster assistance through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
