Virtual

This clinic will reoccur every other Wednesday at noon!

Tenants who have received a Notice to Vacate from their landlord and who are still within the notice period will provide copies of their notices (and their leases if they have them) ahead of time so that a lawyer can review the documents. At the session, tenants will be paired with an attorney to go over their documents and help them develop a strategy to try to resolve the issue without an eviction ever being filed.

We can address any landlord/tenant issue, but it is limited to tenants who have been served with a Notice to Vacate but who have not been served with a forcible detainer action.

This clinic is virtual and will take place over Zoom.

To register, please call AppalReD Legal Aid Central Intake at 1-866-277-5733 or make an online application
