Make A Difference
Legal Representation changes lives.
Attorneys Charnel Burton, Kristie Goff, and Kirsten Clancy will answer your questions about P-EBT, EBT, and SNAP and tell you the type of legal services AppalReD Legal Aid offers. We'll include the do’s and don'ts of applying for, keeping, and using benefits.
We'll also give information on trafficking cases; what trafficking is, penalties for trafficking, and the process for challenging an allegation of trafficking.
You will have time to ask questions and have attorneys respond!
PRIDE is around the corner!
This year at AppalReD we served nearly 600 LGBT community members and their families. All too frequently, we heard they were surprised to find an attorney who would fight by their side.
Our clients have been told to stay in abusive relationships; that no one would help. To be silent for their safety.
Grab your AppalReD Legal Aid Pride shirt and wear it with pride. Let's spread a message of equal access for all and inclusivity through eastern and south-central Kentucky.
