PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (MTN) — The majority of citizens who were affected by the Eric C. Conn disability claim debacle could see their long-awaited client share checks in the mail as early as this week.
According to a Facebook post by Prestonsburg attorney Ned Pillersdorf, his office has organized over 1,100 checks and envelopes, which were mailed out on Tuesday, June 23rd.

After the virtual clinic, Goodwill will request your unofficial background records from the Administrative Office of the Court for the purpose of expungement. A copy of your background will be provided to AppalReD Legal Aid (or your area's legal aid), so they will be able to go over it with you to determine what is eligible for expungement.
