This is a free STATEWIDE clinic that will be held online. To register visit this link.
Once you sign up we will receive a Zoom link to confirm your spot. After the virtual clinic, Goodwill will request your unofficial background records from the Administrative Office of the Court for the purpose of expungement. A copy of your background will be provided to AppalReD Legal Aid (or your area's legal aid), so they will be able to go over it with you to determine what is eligible for expungement.
OUT OF STATE CHARGES ARE NOT ABLE TO BE EXPUNGED AT THIS TIME.
