On July 11, 2023 from 9 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. AppalReD Legal Aid will be at the Passport Health One Stop Health clinic along with the Kentucky Department of Corrections. Swing by for help cleaning up your record, recovery and health resources, and to meet with community advocates. No advance registration needed. Just drop by!
Please note this is not a Goodwill-sponsored expungement clinic so expungement fees are not covered. However, attorneys can help with fee waiver forms.
Kentucky Law Protects
Kentucky Law (KRS 383.300) protects survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking who have protective orders AND entered into or renewed a lease on or after June 29, 2017.

There were 559 eviction filings in Madison County from Oct. 2021 to Oct. 2022, according to data from the Legal Services Corporation.
Those evictions equate to approximately 559 local people left in a potentially unstable or unsuitable housing situation.
Affordable housing experts say the situation may be worsening.
