In this video, we walk you through how to use an online tool created by Kentucky Equal Justice Center to create a letter and declaration for your landlord to protect yourself from eviction. We'll also give information on trafficking cases; what trafficking is, penalties for trafficking, and the process for challenging an allegation of trafficking. You will have time to ask questions and have attorneys respond!
