AppalReD/VLAK is in urgent need of attorneys to accept cases, pro bono or by contract ("low bono"), in all counties in our service area, but particularly in Floyd, Johnson, Monroe, Cumberland and Adair Counties. Thousands of Eric Conn client share checks mailed out by Prestonsburg attorney
PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (MTN) — The majority of citizens who were affected by the Eric C. Conn disability claim debacle could see their long-awaited client share checks in the mail as early as this week.
According to a Facebook post by Prestonsburg attorney Ned Pillersdorf, his office has organized over 1,100 checks and envelopes, which were mailed out on Tuesday, June 23rd.
