Child Support Guidelines and Worksheet

Good news! The Kentucky Division of Child Support website's Child Support Estimator has been updated! Now you can use it to calculate the child support obligation in your divorce or custody case. You should include a child support calculation when filing your case, even if you and the other parent have agreed that neither party will pay child support. That way the court knows that you are both aware of what child support would be if it was being ordered.
