APPALRED LEGAL AID ENCOURAGES FORMER CLIENTS OF ERIC C. CONN TO SEEK REPRESENTATION

Hearings continue in the review of Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases of clients formerly represented by attorney Eric C. Conn.  The outcome of these hearings will seriously impact Mr. Conn’s former clients.  If a client loses the hearing, the client will lose his/her benefits.

Although recipients of these benefits are not required to have legal representation in the review of their cases, the legal issues involved are complex, and representation is likely to improve the chances of a successful outcome.

AppalReD Legal Aid is providing free representation to former clients of Eric C. Conn in the review of their disability cases, by its staff attorneys as well as through a large network of volunteer attorneys.  Anyone needing representation should contact AppalReD at 1-866-277-5733 as soon as he/she receives a letter from Social Security indicating that his/her case is being reviewed.
