2007 Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil: "Shedding Light on Domestic Violence"

Each year, the Floyd County Community Council on Domestic Violence holds a Candlelight Vigil at the Jenny Wiley Festival to help bring awareness to the issue of domestic violence. The Vigil shows support for the victims, and educates the public about the issue that continues to hurt families throughout Kentucky.
