Family Law Services
AppalReD attorneys represent clients in certain areas of family law, specifically domestic violence and
divorce. Since our organization’s primary concern is keeping families safe, we typically only handle divorces
that involve extraordinary circumstances such as violence within the family. Victims of domestic violence can
rely on AppalRed attorneys to protect their families and assist them with prominent issues surrounding
domestic violence such as child custody and spousal support.
With nearly 40% of AppalReD’s clients reporting
domestic violence as a problem in their community, our goal is to empower victims of domestic violence to
improve the quality of life.
