J.K. had a son who suffered from ADHD. Her son was having trouble at school. The local
school was attempting to cut back on the assistance he was receiving in class. J.K. came to us
seeking assistance in continuing the same level of benefits.
At a local meeting with the school board,
an attorney from the Prestonsburg office was able to maintain and increase benefits for the child’s
educational needs.
